5 tips to elevate your outfits

Summertime is finally here! The season of lightweight fabrics, natural textiles, light and bright colors.

Like me, I'm sure that you are looking forward to getting outside and live life to the fullest again. Finally, we are vaccinated and ready for that summer glow!

To help you look your best, I narrow five of my favorite tips that, despite the season they are pretty consistent to make your outfits look elevated and put together.

Let's begin!

1. Iron your clothes!

A steamer is a perfect tool to get rid of your clothes' wrinkles very quickly.

I have a Rowenta steamer, and it works like a charm, super potent, and gets hot fast.

2. Create lines in your body.

Cropping your tops is a good way to elongate your torso and show your waistline. In addition, this trick helps your outfit have structure and look less sloppy, making it more polished.

3. Add jewelry

Gold is my favorite, and I think for summer, this warm metal is ideal. But you can add any necklace. Try to find different lengths and fave fun creating your own composition.

This trick makes your neckline interesting, and creating a v shape is great to elongate the torso.

4. Accessorize!

I always tell my clients that before they leave the house to try adding a 3erd item that makes their outfit stand out or special.

It doesn't matter if you are wearing a t-shirt and jeans or leggings and a tank. Add a colorful ring, dainty jewelry, a fun hat, or your favorite sunglasses.

I decided to add a straw hat, a camel crossbody bag, and sunglasses for my summer look.

And let's make a parenthesis and emphasize about HATS! They are oh soo cute and VERY FUNCTIONAL to cover your face from the sun and create a fashion statement.

5. Add beige or nude shoes.

To elongate your legs, you can add beige or nude strappy sandals for a day look.

For a night look, pointy toe heels or flats are also a fantastic option.

HAPPY SUMMER!
